Hi everyone,

My name is Sammy and my dog needs surgery to save her life.

I suffer from depression and borderline personality disorder and only                                   work on a casual basis due to the impact that the depression and                               borderline personality disorder has on my life.

My beloved dog has just been diagnosed with cushings disease                                           (andrenal gland tumor) and needs surgery to cure her, without                                    this surgery it will kill her.

The surgery is going to cost $3000-$4000, and due to myself being                                    unable to get a loan i have started up a donations page to help me save                         her life.

My boyfriend would love to pay for the whole surgery but just can't                                    afford to, so far the cost for diagnosing Kikki has added up to $1500.

My boyfriend will match any donations made to help save her life.
