The fashionable way to pick up after your pooch!
We all know that picking up our pooch’s poo is an essential element in dog ownership and necessary to avoid being the park pariah. However, it is an act that I find so revolting and I would really rather not have to think about it at all!
I was forever embarrassed as a kid by my mother’s key ring which always had a dog poo bag tied around it, clinging there as a constant indicator to anyone who saw it that my mum picks up dog poo. It just always struck me as a bit undignified!

Part of life if you have doggies. Anyway I’d rather pick up a doggy poop in a bag than , than change a stinking nappy!!

I agree with Del, it is an essential part of dog ownership. I also feel that if you really care for your dog picking up poop falls muchly into the same bracket as changing a nappy for your own child. I changed my son’s no problem but with anyone elses child, NO THANKS. Remember too, picking up their poop can be an indicator of any health problems that could be present or arising in your pet like upset tummies (yucko); stress in dogs (does show in poops); worms (NOT if well cared for); what they should NOT HAVE EATEN (hopefully if part of a child’s toy AND/OR IF YOU OWN A LABRADOR!) etc. It can also stop the spread of major diseases by picking up the poop like PARVO in the worst instance. LOVE YOUR DOG, PICK UP THE LOG!!!! LOL
